This project involves pre-installing a smart data collection and positioning module on the inside of the lid of a logistics container.
It supports real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity and ensures
that the container’s trajectory can be tracked via the backend.
The installation is compact and convenient, enabling the following:
Scheduled location updates;
Convenient trajectory tracking;
Monitoring and storage of temperature and humidity data for various time periods;
Comprehensive device management.

Project Challenges and Solutions
1. Convenient Charging Management
By incorporating a metal plate during the molding process of the unit’s top cover and embedding a strong magnet
inside the terminal, the terminal is securely attached to the inner cover.
2. Linking Vehicle, Personnel, Cargo Types & Names, and Equipment
Using RFID technology, equipment information is entered at key checkpoints via handheld terminals or smartphones
to link equipment, personnel, and vehicle data. After completing a cycle, the links are unbundled in one go.
3. Stable and Reliable Data Upload
A high-gain signal transmission and reception design ensures stable signal performance inside refrigerated containers.
4. Cost-Effective and Durable
Enhanced density and reliability of LBS base station positioning, combined with Wi-Fi positioning, achieve Beidou-level accuracy.
A high-capacity battery (600 mAh, lasting over 20 days) reduces the frequency of recharging.
Components are predominantly selected for their wider operating temperature range
to ensure durability in low-temperature environments.
