The Tobacco Crate Data Collector is a system that provides end-to-end monitoring of tobacco leaves throughout the entire process—
from harvesting and sun-curing to production.
1. Utilizes GPS and indoor positioning technology to track and monitor tobacco leaves.
2. Equipped with external temperature and humidity sensors to monitor tobacco leaves in real time;
any abnormalities are reported immediately
to ensure the sun-curing process strictly adheres to temperature and humidity requirements.
3. It tracks the movement of tobacco crates to enable visual management of tobacco leaf sorting.
